urgent help with GSR manual transimssion !!! the ACD is fully locked and rattles!

Hi,
My center differential or ACD is fully locked and when I turn the wheels the transmission or ACD rattles very hard !!
This happened when I have accelerated in a turn, but not so hard, I head this noise and I drove the car slowly until I stopped not to damage the transmission any further.
In straight line everything is ok, but when I turn the wheels even when I park th car the ACD rattles very noisy! and all the wheels try to spin at the same speed.

The car is 2008 USDM Evo X with 15k miles, tuned to approx 400hp.

I don't know what to do, I don't have any transmission errors and today I have changed all the transmission oils except the AWC hydraulic oil (7 liters), the problem happened on the road to my mechanic (so, before I have changed the oils).

When I have changd the transmission oils, I had a lot of metal span on the oil drain plug of the gearbox, and very little on ACD and AYC plug. I also have filtered the gearbox oil when I have drained it and there was no signs of damage.

I would call up Shep and ask them on the phone... They should have a good idea of whats going on.

I guess warranty is out?

I am in Europe and the car is USDM Evo X, so I don't have any warranty here, I brought it last year as new.
If I drive the car 1 mile I think the center diff. will break in pieces, the entire car vibrates when the ACD rattles

The symptoms don't sound like it is the pins. Could be some other problem with the diff. Or may be the big pins got stuck with the gears, but small pins didn't break?
Did you tranny oil have any silver color to it?

I have filtered the oil and there was no metal pieces in it, only the oil drain plug had a lot of metal span on it, see the photo.

This is the first oil change at 24,000km / 15k miles
I drive very agressive and sometimes sideways, but with care.

this is the gearbox oil, not the engine oil.

That looks about right for a first gear oil change in a DSM transmission
