Yeah, not a whole lot to worry about grinding just one little time.
Remember to have the clutch either in or out, not sitting in the middle for a long time and if you move your hand to shift, you should have already moved your foot.
You can perfect your shifting by going slowly and you'll naturally get faster over time.
You'll get better!
