As I'm going to be running stock turbo, is the QRJ the pick for avoiding flutter, or should I go with something like a crushed Works BOV?

The stock one wont flutter.

If you're running a stock turbo, there's no reason to change the BOV as you won't/shouldn't run more than 26-27psi of boost on the stock turbo, and the stock BOV won't leak there.
