No reverse?

So i got a act 6 puck and streetlite flywheel install, drove the car 3000 miles and no problems. Then reverse decided to dissapear, i have to push my reverse couple of times then it will go in. Its pretty weird, anyone have this problem? All the gears are fine. By the way this is for my evo x.

I've driven a ton of cars that did this. Try creeping forward a few inches in 1st, then going to reverse.

Try 4th then reverse gear. It's a usual practice I learnt with my DSM now its just second nature.

Sounds like the clutch might be dragging slightly. The reverse lockout is somewhat normal on the X since it has no actual dedicated reverse gear, but if it only started since the clutch job then I think it's fairly obvious what the problem is.

slowly lift the pedal as your putting in reverse or like it was said up above put it in any gear then back to reverse. Seems to be somewhat normal on the X's. Mine does it sometimes and the car only has 500 miles on it.
