On that note, it seems as if the BOV broke-in a bit because now it drives just as smooth as stock.

 

what is the correct way to adjust for it? Also did u guys have to lube up the inside?

 

I set the preload on my to almost full soft. Works the best for me. I lube it with a small shot of Triflow once in a while.

 

is there a step to show how to set it exactly? also which part do u lube? do u have to take the whole thing apart?

 

If you have the DV in the stock orientation (vacuum hose pointing up), one option is to spray some Triflow down the hose into the DV. Not sure how well it will lube the entire piston though. The other option is to remove the DV turn it over so the side of the piston is visible, put a few drops of lube on it, and then cycle the piston to disperse it.
