Thumbs down Clutch Restrictor Pilll!

so ive removed the pill and the clutch still grabs as high as it did with the pill in there ive bled the clutch multiple times and same thing. Anyone had this happen ?

Mine went back to being way up high as well but I don't mind it because rolling out in first doesn't bog like it used to

is there a lock nut on the rod behind the clutch pedal going to the master cylinder like most DSMs and Evo 8/9's have on the X?

no its not adjustable

The pill won't change engagement....grabbing low would mean the system needs bleeding.

hey I just bought a 2011 evo X and hate the clutch. do u have any recommendations on a new clutch that wiill give me a better launch? I have to rev it high for a quick launch now and sometimes still bogs.

that's not the clutch causing the bog. either you didn't use the two step or forgot to turn off traction control lol.

Your clutch will now engage in the same spot unlike all over the place with the pill.

pulled the pill out when i installed the ams master cylinder brace. totally worth the time. no more almost bogging down starting from a stop randomly.
