I run the DW300 pump with FIC1100's. I think they are matched very nicely.

The pump runs very quietly and is supposed to flow much more fuel than the 255's.

And the best part is it fits in the same mounting kit as the 255, so you can switch fast.

 

The DW 300 is an option also another option would be the Bosch 044 but keep in mine if you the Bosch you will need to upgrade the FPR.

 

is the dw300 a direct bolt on from stock?

 

It requires the same install kit that the 255 walbro uses.
I think unless you get an inline booster pump, no aftermarket pump will work without install kit.
