Having problems with throwout!!!!
Ok so i'm gonna try this again...but in the right spot! lol

Hey everyone,
Ok so i just recently replaced the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing on my X....
I ran into another snag. This time i cannot get the throwout bearing to connect with the pressure plate spring catch......is there a certain way that it needs to go back on? That's the only thing that is keeping me from driving it now so it's frustrating the poo out of me!

I removed it in order to put the trans on so i wouldn't mess it up but i put it back on when i got it lined up (just used pry bar and pulled back enough to get my jand in there and push it in). I took a better look through the bottom hole and for some reason the throwout guides slipped off the control arm and they are bent now so i'll have to get a new throwout and make sure that they don't slip when putting it in again. SUCKS! hate to do it all over again but **** happens when you try and do it all by yourself! The damn throwout tabs are pretty weak to begin with.....Does anyone know of a throwout (metal) that is stronger that i can purchase?
