should i sleeve my block?
I put about 2000 miles on my car at 630 whp on stock sleeves. It never skipped a beat. Now the tq numbers which are really the important figures as I've been told are only around 430 right now.
I plan to go e85 and push it to 700whp and 475-500 tq. I beat the car pretty good and will continue to do so , if it breaks so be it but I think with my setup it will take it for a while.

Torque breaks rods...cylinder pressure and heat screw sleeves. Broken rods break them too though
Just because you haven't had issues doesn't mean its a good idea. It's always better to sleeve if you can, no question.
700whp on stock sleeves has been done, but not recommended by any real evo shop.
