Car stalling out on start up

Don't know where to post this so i guess i'll start here,

I have an 08' MR and recently the car started to stall on start up at least once a day. It would turn over just fine but the idle would start to get erratic and drop and the car would just sputter out. It would be fine again after a few restart. It's starting to get cold up here in the NW so i was wondering if a battery going bad might cause this or am i looking at something more serious. Any help are truly appreciated

my mod list are as follow:

-Injen intake with UICP
-CNT one piece downpipe/test pipe
-Tanabe Medalion Catback
-GS 3 ports
-E-tune from AMS

Once your battery cranks the engine over and it starts, the battery's job is done, and shouldn't hinder the engine running. So... most likely not the battery. Could be you are not flashed with the most recent update from mitsu... might want to look into that. When I have this issue (very rare) I just give it a little gas for about 2 seconds and that remedies the issue, you should try that and see if it helps.
