Stupid sputter. At around 2500-2900 rpm

So I read through most of the stutter/sputter threads. I drove the car to New York for holidays. Approximately 500km from my place. So I have this annoying sputter at cruise doing about 100km/h (60mph) the colder (-20F / -30C) it gets the worse it gets. My AFRs are bouncing pretty good.(14 - 15.8) under wot my AFRs were good at 11.1
Not sure if I got bad got a couple tanks of bad gas or what.
The sputter went away on the way back but only two things changed.
It got warmer. 32F / 0C
I switched around my relays

The car has sat a lot over the last couple months due to military trips. And this was her first long drive in a bit.

Thoughts / ideas ... Suggestions?

I am tuned. On the same tune for a year. Only recently have had issues.
Elevation my have something to do with it. My place is 427ft above sea level. Lake placid is about 2000. But it was doing it the whole trip regardless.

It did it the whole trip but was most noticeable in Lake placid. But it was the coldest there as well.

I get sputtering when I'm cruising around 50-60mph and very light on my throttle. Is that normal?

From the threads I've read it's pretty normal to have the occasional stumble especially in low rpms cruising. The two things that concerned me is that I am normally around 2800 rpm in 5th and it stutters. Normally under some load. At the same time though if I shift down at that rpm I am at 4000 rpm in 4 th it is very consistent when it's cold out. Is there some temp - wastegate correction I could adjust in openecu? To smooth it out or make less noticeable?

You let the car sit with gas in it for a few months and thats not good at all, you get varnish build up, things stick and in general fuel degradation. Drain the tank and refill and change your plugs-- Gas goes bad, so you can't just leave it and go. My .02--.

It very well could be. Or even one that may have plugged up a bit from sitting I have put a far bit of miles over the last 30 days and my driveability has improved.

I'm still on the stock pump and am tuned to about 360tq/370hp could this be hurting/hindering me?
