who knows this 20g compressor ?

Without getting into the background story much, I thought I was buying an OEM MHI 20g compressor wheel for a future backup turbo.

What I received is shown in the following pics, and I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it. Obviously it is cast, probably a china product, and has a narrow hub. I found it interesting that the primary blades completely cover the secondary blades when viewed directly from above as shown.

What I wondering is

1.) Anyone know if this should remain a paperweight ? (ie: will shatter or explode)

2.) Is the performance capability at least as good or better than an OEM MHI 20G which was the goal of the purchase?

3.) What other compressor design out there has secondary blades so recessed so as to not be seen from above ?

My first though was Kinugawa, but the secondary blades are too small.

I thought so as well. I was only hoping to understand more about what the heck it actually it is. Perhaps it is one of their older "designs" of mixing and matching characteristics of compressors.
