So the issue started a few weeks ago and its been driving me crazy. I keep getting a p0013 code ("B" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1) and my 2013 evo x is maxing out lean on my aem gauge at idle. It idles like **** and I'm at the point of just throwing my hands up with it. I replaced the mivec actuator since it was at the end of the ohms spectrum (7.9 based on research) and the problem still persists. That was a waste of 250+. I have checked wiring and its good. I'm at a loss here. The valve cover was pulled off and looked for cracks in the cam caps. The mivec housing didnt have any cracks either.
Help me think of more things to look at or test. Another random thing. It idles fine 14-15 Afr with the ac on. Weird but figure i would state it. Thanks

Did you ever find a fix for this, going through the same thing, and cannot come up with a solution!!!

I wish I did. I scheduled an appointment with Mitsubishi after I took off most of my aftermarket parts. When I arrived, they said their evo technician was training for 2 weeks. At the time I really needed my car and they weren't willing to give me a rental. So I said **** you and this car. I traded it in at Honda that day. Good luck.
