i know there is plenty of forums about this, but none really help me out, I was going to send a core to get an FP red, started thinking about a turbo kit instead, I want to do a ets top mount with precision 6262 bb, what is your knowledge of this turbokit on a stock block stock cam. Please give me feedback I will be getting ID1300cc injectors and a walbro 450 planning on running both pump and E85 for track nights.

 

Unless u wanna buy a full fp red kit I got one lol, and I mean u wont max the turbo out of course, the 6262 but gonna have to keep the torque down that's one thing, and stock cams etc u wont get the most out of the turbo of course

 

Do a gen 2 5558 Vband. Its a better version of the CEA5858 which makes around 500whp on pump, and 600 on E85, and sees full boost at 4500rpm. The gen2 5558 has the same turbine wheel, but a 3mm smaller compressor with updated aero. The updated aero helps it flow more than the bigger 58mm wheel, and since it smaller, it will spool faster.

 

I would do a 5558 Gen 2 like stated above. Should make 500WHP on pump gas and around 600WHP on pump gas. I have a 5858 on my car and I really like it.

If your end game is 650+ the 6262 will do that pretty well.

6262 will give out what power on a 2.4? ill be swapping soon or eventually and idk whats best for 650-750 range
