Another BOV Flutter question...

I have searched and read multiple threads about it, but pretty all that I have read is people with aftermarket BOV’s. Ever since I put my ets intake on, I notice that my bov flutters, anytime, no matter the rpms. I got another oem bov and it’s the same result. I have no boost leaks that I can tell, I do have a tester. Any ideas?
