Suggestions for sagging firewall insulation (fabric)

Hello,

The fabric firewall insulation by the exhaust manifold on my X is sagging a bit. I'm planning to install a MAP firewall heatshield soon. I want to address the sagging insulation at the same time during the install.
Does anyone have experience with this? Using a self-tapping screw doesn't seem like a good idea because I don't know what's behind there, and I don't want to risk damaging something. Thanks

Did some forum searching on the topic but no good results. Looks like the tube headers may be the culprit!

Thanks for the above suggestion on using some spray glue or maybe a home type tubular adhesive?
