Who else is not buying another car from Mitsubishi
Well considering that dealerships can't keep top-of- the-line Outlanders and Lancers in stock and the factory is way over capacity trying to meet world wide demand, I think the road they're on looks pretty good.
well this bad effect or cancer what the evo got with punk kids , exists only in USA . Since everywhere else the evo cost twice as much like here.
And that turn out to be a bad deal for Mitshu. Now they try to fix it. The evo is not a boy racer car. It never was. Just the cheap price and a buying power turn it out to be one in here. Wich is very very sad. Specially when you see those e-bay evos + wonder garage ones....

the reason why the early 8's had HID's std was because they were cheaper back then (no front lsd, no acd, starting at about 28 or 29k)..when they added them in later, they had to make sacrifices
not everybody buys an M3 or M5 and take that to the track...but then again BMW or any other makes wouldnt down grade their cars

well the mitshubishi will be around . The oldest japan car maker + the 3. biggest bank in the world, etc.
And they doing goooood. Well americans don't like it ,since Pearl Harbor ,but thats don't change a bit.
Use some research. They had problems before, but who dont had? And because they got they own financial "dady" you don't have to worry about them.

are you on crack and forgot what you said.
You specifically compared the "downgraded EVO X" to BMW's M3 or M5. Even though the new M3 is estimated be start at $63,000. Mitsu is having trouble keeping the evo under $35k. Sacrafices have to be made, or you could just keep adding things on to up the price more and more. Then noone would buy your car and you would be out of business.

let me quote my friend wisdom with non bealivers and sh#$t talkers,
about mitshubishi. Since we talked about these type of guys with him, who spreding they opinion ,and a same time they have no clue about the subject.
My friend is ... put it this way, he is real JDM..

" To the **** talkers:
Mitsubishi is on the rise, without a doubt. The numbers don't lie. Our sales are up and operating profit is up. This is both from higher sales figures and major cutbacks we've had to do on every level of the Motors division. Don't get it twisted, we cut A LOT of people this year to keep expenses to a minimum. A lot of people that I know up in corporate now have two or three jobs to do rather than the one they had before. The factory in Normal, IL has been forced to take a pay cut or risk Mitsubishi pulling all factory work back to Japan. UAW can ***** all they want and threaten about a strike. You can't strike if the factory isn't there anymore. UAW had to submit or lose the 12,000 jobs they are committed to keeping there from the union workers who pay dues every month to those fat-cats. People who prayed that we would go under... ****ers, we own the Bank of Tokyo, the second largest commercial bank in the world with over a trillion dollars in assets. Think of them as Daddy Warbucks incase the Motors division needs a loan. LoL. We've been around since 1870 and are the OLDEST vehicle manufacturer still in existance in Japan. Am I proud of our company? You're damn right I am. Each and everytime I see a Mitsubishi on the road I give that person respect for giving us their business and making sure that we can get the best cars out there to our consumers. To the people ^^^^ who actually own their Evos, I thank you for all the trust and faith you've given to Mitsubishi through your continued support and loyalty. In a country where loyalty, value and integrity have been thrown out the window (how many people actually buy American because they are American? LoL. That made in the USA ploy hit the ****ter as soon as the Explorer turned into the Exploder.) I am glad to see how many of you stick with us time and time again. As long as I am with Mitsu, you'll always have a guy on the inside."
^^^^ is the name of our group. its nothing to do with the subject. sorry

and one more little part i find interesting:
" know we discussed the STi, Robbie, and I agree that the Evo will lose sales to the STi from 'purists' who are looking for a car that can satisfy their 'purist' wants and needs. That's fine also. Petter Solberg helped design that car for Fuji Heavy Industries. But in my opinion, Subaru has changed their car MUCH more drastically than Mitsubishi did. Going from a 4 door sedan to a 5 door hatchback... that is just a little too drastic in a market that is so volatile, where allegiances swing on an hourly basis. From the people that I have seen coming into the Evo X forum that I am a part of, I can definitely say that the number of 'purists' that swing to Subaru is out-numbered by the current Subaru owners looking to sell their cars to get a X."

you funny man, listen to yourself, you talk like you can tell the future or something,NOT !
there are plenty of reasonable people who will not make such stupid statements like yours writting off a car that hasnt even come out yet, or now Mistubishi as a whole.
i am gonna laugh my **** off 6 months after the X comes out and its selling like hot cakes, just dont let anyone catch you peaking at one, nevermind driving it or buying it.
If you do, change your screen name not to embarr*** yourself

^^^to the JDM sh*t talker post^^^ I don't really care for Mitsu...nor any other company for that matter...a company is in a business to make money not to lose money...I am a fan of specific model...ie the eVo...I could careless about Mitsu being the oldest company with XXX amount of assets...to me this means nothing as I will not purchase anything other than an eVo from their line up of cars...AND now since the eVo X is going to be released...well lets just say I won't be in a hurry to trade in my IX anytime soon...I live in AMERICA...and in my mind...if a manufacturer will not give me what I expect from a car...well F U A-Hole...there's someone down the street that will take my green and give me what I want and expect especially from a name like eVo...that is the beauty of AMERICA...if one can't deliver another one will for sure...so in that aspect the above post is correct when it comes to customer loyalty...lets see how long that's gonna keep Mitsu going...the morals in the country has been on the decrease and the trend will continue...This is a CONSUMERS market...always has been...always will be...
All right, I'll attempt to dissect your poor grammar just to keep you on the down-lo that Mitsu. has been on a charge to shut down poor performing dealers. Dealers that are using the new car brand recognition and Mitsu. funding but peddling a majority of used cars because they make more money off of them. This could possibly explain why some of your area dealers no longer exist.
.....but I'm sure you have some deep, well thought-out rebuttal to my answer so let's have it. Let me guess? I'll bet it starts with "Evo X is fugly!" Am I right!?
