Car dealers cannot offer cars for sale without being a vendor. All dealers interested in selling on this site should look into our vendor rules, and submit a vendor inquiry. I have removed some posts

Not only without any markup's, but invoice (or maybe under invoice).

Of the five dealers here in Phoenix only one is selling thier Evo X's without an official ADM. The other four have it set at $4995. The odd thing is the dealers with ADM have sold the first ones they received and have none on the floor while the the dealer without ADM has four on the lot.

They finally showed up at dealerships in Utah over the weekend. I went to take a look at the only one at the dealer near me today. Salesman told me that all the local dealerships are running the same markup right now. $4k markup!!!! That's a lot of coin. Even with the markup, the sticker price was $38K and some change for a red GSR.

South Coast Mitsubishi Is Legit and so is Sam. MSRP? Forget about it. This is my second EVO from there... and both times, it was a no-hassle WELL BELOW MSRP price.

Beaverton Mitsubishi (Premier Auto Group) in Beaverton Oregon have $5,000 markups across the board. It's funny these are the same people that had $10,000 markups on their VIII's when they first came out, and ended up having like 18 on their lot...I got mine for MSRP but I had to leave and come back multiple times...they are retarded...

Unfortunately, it will be a factor as long as there are enough stupid people around to pay it...

Yesterday I was browsing the site of some big dealer in California (who shall go unnamed because I'm too lazy to see if they're a vendor here), and they seemed to be selling X's for invoice, or real damn close. They also had a whole bunch listed in their inventory. I'd happily fly to California and drive back up to Oregon before paying the local dealer $5K over MSRP.

If I can drive all the way across the country to hit South Coast Mitsubishi and get the car $100 over invoice, you sure can from Arizona. Heck, they are a vendor on here, help them out! Ask for Sam. He took great care of me.

Get one, drive into your local lot, and show them the identical car you paid $5000 less for.

What tools. Sorry you have to deal with that.

Yeah, the local $5k markup is ridiculous. But you only pay that if you choose too. Just walk away if they don't budge, or make them do additional things for it. Or your best bet is to just use an auto broker service where they deliver the car to your house and you pay MSRP or less, no questions asked.
