why is the USDM missing stuff?
well, i hope the answers will be the same since these were yes or no questions
i actually got one decent logical opinion, then CRX2EVO chimed in with his ignoramous reply (which is ok), then it went down hill from there.
i still dont know whether the GSR SSS has the AFS button or at least the feature,
and at the end of it all, no one reply was from the X owners which is really who i addressed this post to,
anywho,...hug to everyone,

It always happens this way. It's a Japanese car, so they hold back some of the toys and keep them on the JDM models only. Or at least it seems that way. Subaru definitely does it on the STI too. We get most of the important bits, but they leave out a few of the toys, like push button start (yes, stupid, but I like my toys too). At least Mitsubishi brings Recaros to the US.
yeah, i kind of figured, afterall they put extra airbags in our cars so they had to trim the costs somewhere else

This happens on all cars even american cars sold over seas get better options and more goodies than the ones sold in the US.
The same happens with clothing and electronics too...
i Think it is because the US market is the largest and the biggest profit making opportunity for manufacturers who can cut costs by dumbing down the product as much as possible for this market.

Man, i guess they are trying to save money on us US peeps, can some new X owners confirm or disspell this?
NO Intercooler sprayer
NO AFS (the adaptive lighting)
YES on the ASC enable/disable (I saw that next to the light leveler)
Yes or No on light leveler in the base non SSS GSR?
THanks
