Which dealership did you pick it up from? I had a grey and black one to choose from. Finally chose Phantom Black
I think it's time for a Canadian Regional forum!!

Anyone can post a picture of those jackets? I filled in the paper work a month ago for those... And BTW, there is supposed to be 100 for GSR and 100 for MR so we should get them too... plus a little something else for waiting so long? Please mitsu? like a coffee mug with my name and number on it? LOL

Put a deposit on a PB MR over a month ago, through Toronto mid town mitsu. Invoice is MSRP , but they insisted on an expensive rust package. I will certainly ditch this when final terms are negotiated and add winter tire/rim package.... Scarborough Mitsu initially asked for 3K over MSRP, but backed off after a few days.

Have called dealership a few times and no update on delivery yet.

Can't say I'm overly happy as I am not used to being gouged by the dealer, although I got MSRP, pretty well every charge where the dealer has latitude seems inflated...but when I compare prices to Europe it's bearable.

Hope this thread keeps going and we can share info as it comes.

i got mine for MSRP, however i gave in to them forcing me to buy the rust protection package ($1400) they claimed it was already on the car so i was forced to buy that...all in all at least the vehicle will have lifetime rust protection..also it came with some nice tints that i didnt have to pay for

i was able to justify spending this after visiting a few dealers, the one in mississauga off dixie wanted something like 7K over MSRP, the owner had put both GSR's on ebay (that is just pathetic)

also the dealership in burlington had the car available to me and i trusted them that they would not bullsh*t me with the delivery time, i was persistant in telling them that i wanted the vehicle right away and would not purchase it if i had to wait...with that being said..it was a saturday that i first walked in and then i ended up getting the keys to the car on tuesday ...it was the only evo that they had, and when i went to pick up the car they had none on display (so if a dealership tells you that its their policy to always have one on showcase, that doesnt mean anything...exceptions can be made)

the way i see it, is if you want this car drive as far away from toronto as possible, that was my plan, that same saturday i was prepared to drive all the way to sarnia, windsor etc

Dixie Mitsu's service is beyond horrible. They also put up their GSRs on kijiji.ca. I've been currently dealing with the Brampton and Burlington Mitsu. Invoice is not MSRP no matter what they say, there is 5K in the difference. The service I've received so far via Burlington Mitsu has been decent, currently waiting for their PB or WW to touch down either tomorrow or early next week.

you should of ask your dealership to put the front plate coz your gonna have to drill your bumper to install the plate, you know this, right? coz when i picked up my evo i noticed missing front plate. thats becuz the salesman waited for me where i wanted to put the front plate. so, if i were you go back to your dealer and let them install the bracket for the front plate i didnt care they have to drill the front bumper coz the plate belongs there anyway and its gonna stay there for the rest of my evo life..lol...goodluck and congrats!!!

Got mine at Newmarket Mitsubishi. MSRP. Had a deposit down on the Evo since last September. Also, had a deposit down at Markham Mitsubishi since December. Newmarket is still selling Evo's at MSRP as far as I know. Markham mitsubishi is marking them up, cause they gladly refunded my deposit when I chose to pickup the Pearl Black at Newmarket. They said they don't sell the Evo's for the price I got it for anymore(MSRP)
Overall great experience at Newmarket Mitsubishi. Ask for Garry. They had about 3 more GSRs(silver, red, and black) parked in their service bay when I picked up the car. Not sure if they were sold or not.
