AGP EVO X Makes 443hp...
it was here in Vegas last week... was around mid 80's the usual 0 humidity. I'll have full posting for it on friday after my next session.

Interesting...I'll have to look at the logs but I think our pulls were similar but cooler. high 60s to low 70s 0-5% humidity. It's kind of funny, everyone was saying that we were high when we first posted the numbers.
We did 443hp on C-16 running30psi dropping to 24psi
also did 370hp on pump gas on 22psi falling to 19 with the following mods

Anyone remember the japaneese footage of the MR vs GSR? The MR out ran the GSR big time. Maybe this explain's it. I bet money right here right now that the MR will have quicker ET's, top speed then equally equept GSR. It might be so bad that you may need an extra 50 hp to beat a MR.

but 115mph in a heavy car like the X with a 4th -5th shift (like my rsti) in the 1/4 is impressive. the extra shift is a huge PITA.

Well congrats on all of the progress. I don't bash because there is nothing to bash. Everyone is so used to a certain HP# equaling a certain E.T. it's not AGP's fault that the X is inferior to the VIII, IX. as in power/weight and Gearing. keep up the good work.
The only reason we did 3rd gear was to show apples to apples. When we first baselined the car we actually tried to get the best pull stock so we could really compare gains. If you look at the different graphs we posted up, you'll notice I stopped using the 3rd gear pulls and am now comparing 4th to 4th pulls. All of the tuning on the car happened in 4th, but we initially used best to best comparisons in 3rd.

could you expand on this a little bit more because I race my X as well as my 8 MR when I had it. I do just about all forms of racing except for drag racing and rally. And I feel the exact opposite to you. I think that the 8 and 9 are inferior to the X based on gearing and handling potential. the X is much more linear instead of this big rush of power allowing me to keep my lines in turns instead of pushing through them. handling is worlds better. interior is much quieter and has a lot more creature comfort features
