Trailer hitch for EVO X, need help
that clearance would be ridiculously low because the hitch would have to clear the exhaust and the diffuser. and depending on your aftermarket exhaust you would even need more clearance. the evo x is defiantly not a car to put a hitch on. theres also that hidden hitch someone made but i would question the strength of the hitch while towing something like a moto. if i was you i would just ask a friend for help or rent a truck from uhaul they are like 15 buxs a day intown
hmm... my trailer here http://www.kendonusa.com/trailer_combo.html 390lbs
and my yz450... which weighs 250 lbs... should be ok.

Their site appears dead. What about the one from CBRD for $350?
Honestly, a jetski might be much for an Evo. maybe just rent a pickup from u-haul for those few times. You could rent it like 10 times before the hitch would pay for itself, and you wouldn't be putting stress on the Evo.

I am currently working on a license plate solution that would allow me to use the hitch witout removing the plate every time.
Yo can probably make your our kit. if its holding just a bike i see why not. but you might be looking into something like this this member made an amazing one.
