Angry check engine light problems

I have had my evo x for 4 months and my check engine light has come on 4 times. The first time it came on the scan tool said manufacture specific code, so I cleared it. Then it came on again so I took it to the dealer, they said it was a timing code that they had never seen, they cleared it and said "it should be fine". And it was for about a month so I went ahead and installed my agency intake, but now it has come on again. I am so frustrated! Any ideas?

and u dont have to disconnect the battery to clear the light. all u have to do is remove the 2 pcm fuses in the underhood fuse panel with the ignition on engine off for like 10 seconds and then reinstall the fuses

What does an Antifouler look like and what is the more expensive way. If you can also what is the difference taking the money out of the equation between one and the other performance wise.
