New GSR - Burning Smell

I had same weird smells when i bought my gsr last may .it seemed the dealership used an oil based product to shine up engine bay it stunk pretty bad for a bout 2 days.Also got clutchy smell/new brakes ended up replacing clutch at 9000 .

+1 about dealerships using armorall products, when i got my gsr 2 months ago it stunk for a few days, and tryin 2 work on anything in the engine was horrable, i remember taking off the tower bar my hands got all oily from that stuff...... not fun times

Had the same problem but it was the exhaust.

When I test drove an Evo for the first time, I noticed the scent also - normal for the car when it barely has any miles on it.
