Check the vacuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator.... it is located on the passenger side of the front of the engine. Right under the plastic valve cover, you may need to pull it off to see the hose.

This vacuum hose comes from the factory with no clamps, it WILL fall off at some point and will cause an erratic idle. The hose goes from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator....

The hose that is right to the left of the dipstick in this picture, a little hard to see. Pull off the Mivec cover and look around.

I will snap an actual picture of the hose when I am near my car in a couple hours.

check to see if your air filter is installed properly. sometimes the box isn't closed tightly (bottom) and not having a good seal. to fix this, just unbolt (2 screws and 1 10mm) the front of the intake box, make sure the box is closed correctly, and then bolt it back. this plus reflash tsb fixed my idle.
