Could this cause a lean idle, and regular AFR for cruising and WOT?
My car has been idleing at around 17 AFR and a little shaky idle.
Im tuned on stock turbo, spiking to 27 psi.

I have sst there also and it is there, same location. It's not that hard to find. Take of the plastic cover and it should be easy to spot.

If you're looking at your dipstick, start looking towards the intake manifold and you should see it.

I saw it w/out taking off the plastic cover. But it's the cover that goes over your valve cover. it's black and red.

is it stupid to superglue this?

there's no traction so it could come off whatever you use to hold it there (cable ties etc)

I would say yes. If glue was to get into the inlet and clog it I would tend to think that it would not be good.

Put some hair spray on a paper towel, then wipe the metal tube with it before sliding the hose over it. Let it dry overnight, and it will help prevent it from coming off again. Also, a fuel injection hose clamp seems to work better than a zip tie. I had to buy a multi-pack of hose clamps at autozone in order to get one small enough to have some sort of effect on this hose.

first, thanks to the OP for heads up on this! I put a couple small zip ties on and that seemed to do the trick, although you need to get one finger on the square end of the zip and use a pair of plyers to pull it really tight. i'm not daring enough to open a container of glue near my engine... more chance of murphy's law ("Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong")
