Happened to me too! The tube on the intake is smooth from top to bottom on mine, no lip to prevent it from slipping off. I put some hairspray, then zip tie. I was thinking of trying to flare it so the tube is bigger at the top. Just haven't figured out how to flare something that small yet.

^^you can use a pipe flaring tool, i was also thinking of using one but I used loctite on the pipe and a zip tie and it is holding good.

i bought 1 ft of 1/8 in vac hose from autozone. It fit super snug and wouldn't come off easily when pulling on it.

I've had rough idle for a while now, but that pipe is still intact.

My idle isnt THAT bad, but its noticable when stopped at lights and such, the RPM needle isnt steady, though it doesnt stray too much.

Any ideas?

Just checked mine. It was on there pretty tight without a zip tie or anything.

Unfortunately I think my IC piping is loose somewhere. The cars making loud whooshing noises and wont go past 18 PSI, and Im tuned for 25.

I zip-tied my line two days after buying my car Silly Mitsu and their shortcuts to shave a few pennies.

checked mine today and the hose was off...I'm surprised it dodn't throw a CEL, though it was only rough at idle. Seemed to run just as it always did up to redline otherwise.
