Mine rattle somewhere on my passenger side but couldn't pin point where its at, I guess it is the shifter cable. It's very annoying knowing my car only has 700 miles on it

I hate rattles... Mine does this same exact noise... Congrats on capturing it on video... Dealer thinks I am nuts. Determined to fix it.

Yeah I was on my way home and noticed this. Tried shifting into 5th again, pushing the shifter one way and the other. Guess it's time to fix it myself or take it to the dealer to fix it. How annoying!

This rattle used to annoy the crap out of me. Then I removed my muffler and now I don't hear it anymore

I had it. Rotated the cable 180 degrees. No more rattle. Shift action feels the same.

Put a nylon (or teflon) washer between the carriage and cable end, make sure the thickness is not to much, other wise you won't get the end back on, pick up a c-clip and snap it in the grove for safety. the nylon is pliable enough to allow the end to move, but takes out all the slack.
