Airbag sensor light on after changing wiring for WB

Ok I had posted this in the engine management forum, but I thought i'd try it as it's own topic here. My airbag light has come on since I installed a fuse bus, the WB didn't work at first, but I got the wiring all straightened out. I hve an AP and I have cleared the code, but it comes right back on... is there a fuse for the airbags? I don't see it in the manual anywhere so I don't know if there even is one.. what can I do to get this off?

For the air bags everything which is SRS is yellow. Yellow harnesses, wires, and wire wraps. If you unplugged one of these you have to have the system reset by a special SRS computer. Sadly these SRS computers arnt like code pullers there thousands of dollars so go to mitsubishi and ask them to reset it or a mineke type place thats what I did and its free. Hope this helped

ok, so I was told that the airbag light would reset if the battery was disconnected, so I did that and let it sit overnight and NOTHING happened, got the same warning light as before.

only problem is i'd hate to go to the mitsu dealership as it is 45 minutes away, I have no mineke place anywhere near me... I don't know if a Westen Auto would do it or not... not likely for free anyway.

Well until you get it professionally reset your entire srs system is disabled.

I've unplugged, removed and then replaced the knee airbag and both of the front seats (which have airbags) without issue: no codes afterwards, no need to reset anything.

What fuses are you tapped into for power?

Check your fuses, my srs light came from a blown ignition on fuse, which was 7.5amp I believe

I had a friend of mine who has a real diagnostic tool... one of those 6000.00 ones reset the code... it stayed off for about a day and is now back on... the code reads

B212D "Ignition switch on position circuit open" Sounds like it could be a fuse, BUT I am not good with electrically stuff much, so I could be and probably am completely wrong.
