I had same problem. ASC come ON with Service Engine Soon light. I went to a dealer they told me I have internal leak. ATF mixes with gear oil. so, i changed T-case and I'm good to go.

But this I actually didn't, and it came on twice on separate occassions when I was driving/ speeding up into the highway of an entrance. Good that I now know though.

I think is time to have my boost gauge handy, just to know what actually it is boost I'm running. IVEY told me 25psi. but I'm gonna get it anyway. btw if any aftermarker parts out there that can prevent this from happen in the future?

What's all this fear about pinning the throttle in 5th? Do you guys not log your cars? I go WOT in 5th all the time to pass when I don't need to downshift. Car never knocks, because it was tuned correctly.

an aftermarket boost controller/solenoid may help with spiking

We checked it he had the issue before the car was tuned, explained the issue on arrival.

We then tuned it and we do not see 30psi, the boost peaks at 25psi.

We are looking into it.
