It IS covered from what I was told. Do you have the staple problem near the "carbon flavor" harness holes in the seat as well?

No that i dont have. What happens there, the staples come out from underneath the plastic inserts? And what will be the dealers fix for the fabric pinch?

I know they send out the seat to an apholstery shop for the staple problem. Probably the same thing then...but not 100% sure. I ws told my car would be down for 2 days at the dealer to fix the staple issue.
