GSR Recaros suck

These cloth versions are so hard to take care of. First day of purchasing the X the fabric already started to "fuzz" especialy the side bolsters. Now i try to hop into the seat without hitting the side supports. Others having the same problems???

i think it depends on what kind of jeans or belt your wearing, i have a certain pair of shorts that everytime i got in the car scratched the leather side support on my MR seats. im pissed about it but ya just got to careful when getting in/out of the seats and i tell my passengers the same thing.

I'll buy them off you since they're obviously causing you only problems... Let me know how much!

Any sports seats you will have similar problems. Spray the thing down with fabric protector and hope it doesn't fuzz. Otherwise, get rid of them.

I love the GSR Recaro seats. It keeps you tucked in during hard corners, but it does get dirty easily (as well as everything else in the car). For those of us with short legs, getting out of the car without scratching anything is a bit difficult due to the side skirts. Imagine, giving a girl a ride that wears high heels and watching her high heels scratching your side skirts.

I think it wears better than leather. Leather cracks and the dye fades. Look at most BMWs with sport after a few years, they are all worn.

Meh. I consider the interior a wear item. It's so cheap to begin with that it's really hard to care whether or not its in "perfect" condition.

Drive the car, be happy.
