I just purchased a WW SE model this last Monday night. I love the car and cant wait to mod it and tune it for E85. They just opened two pumps right around my house!!!

I have a question. Are the interiors of these SE models suppose to have anything to designate them as SE models? Mine has nothing that I can see. I remember the IX SE having some type of badge in the center console by the shifter but maybe I'm just imagining things?

This is my 4th Evo to date. These damn cars are like Cocaine, you think your off the drug and that your good... But then BAM!!! Your back on it again and you don't even know how it happened. lol

 

The only interior indication that it is an SE is the fact that it has cloth seats with a heated seat switch. Only SE's came with that combination. Otherwise, the only indication the model is an SE is the "SE" badge on the back.

There is no special stitching unfortunately. I thought it was a nice touch in the IX SE too.

 

I guess I need to be taken off the list lol got rid of #265 about a month after I got it.

 

the only reason the IX SE had that was because it was a carry over from the 2007 models from other countries along with the front lip. The IX SE in the states was basically the same car the other countries got for 2007 just without the motor/drivetrain tweaks. we got the look of the 2007's, but not the added performance.

How did you find out how many were made? I would like to know how many 2010 GSR Graphite Grey were made? Thanks in advance.

 

No idea. I misread post, and at first thought you were asking about the Graphite Grey SE - after all, this is the EVO X SE registry thread.

 

I just bought a WW SE. It was originally purchased last November and traded in on a GSR as the owner wanted to do a track build, so I have no idea what number it would have been.

 

I believe, with your VIN, Mitsu will resend your SE paperwork.
