Just picked up a GG SE yesterday there was 9k on the clock, it was owned by a Mitsu director. loving it so far.

 

Ok so they only made 340 of them right? Lets see how many we can get registered. Some facts we know so far:

- About 3-4 weeks after your purchase you will recieve certified mail with your key chain and a letter.

- Car numbers are based on order purchased
-- This also means there is no way to know what your number is from looking at the car

- 54 were made in Octane Blue
- 56 where made in Graphite Gray
- 104 where made in Phantom Black
- 126 where made in Wicked White

Apparently #'s 300-340 are still at the factory in Japan haha.

 

I've been thinking.. I wonder if there is a pattern to the VIN as far as the order of manufacture...

The last 6... Dont know if the OP wants to factor that into the list but it would finally put the question of which Evo was manufactured first and the key #

 

if I bought my car used is there a way to call Mitsu of America and request they send that package out? The dealer had no idea what I was talking about. Thanks.

 

Yeah or have them call the previous owner. Mitsu corporate HAS been known to resend it so give it a shot.
