Intakes
No intake has a built in MAF. The MAF is an electronic sensor and every intake utilizes the stock one. Maybe you're referring to MAF housing? If that's the case, then it depends. A stock turbo and most stockframe turbos will do perfectly fine on the stock MAF housing. A big turbo will enjoy a larger than stock MAF housing though (keep in mind this reduces MAF resolution which can cause rougher idle and drivability).
If your staying with a stock turbo or a smaller stock replacement turbo no need to upgrade the MAF housing.
