The Evo never has been very "slippy" according to aerodynamics. The faster you go, the worse it gets, really quickly, regardless of cruise gear.

Big turbo, awd, relatively heavy car = bad mpg.

Lambo. Now, how much for a used Gallardo?
You can get one for under 80k these days. Not bad, and I heard the maintenance isn't as bad as you'd think.

Very noticeable if you start driving a bit fast. ~75-85 seems to get me pretty good mpg on the highway but when I've taken long trips in the 90-100mph range the mpg gets a little śhitty.

My best mileage was just under 24mpg during a 850+ mile trip up the west coast, in the mountains and having fun (not driving like a granny), with speeds consistently between 45-55 mph, bone stock evox 2010 even before its first service. Im sure I will never get those numbers in as much a fun drive anywhere else...

yeah, my EVO X sucks on gas. I'm lucky if I get 17mpg. the last time I was tracking it my average was around 15 or below. It was too depressing to see, so I just stopped keeping track. you know your gas mileage is bad when you can actually watch the gas gauge go down while you drive.

Mine is bad and I just paid almost $5/gal. At least I can drive it in normal auto mode but it's so boring. This small tank is a little annoying too.

I get 22 MPG back and forth to work. On the highway, I get 27.5 at 70 on cruise control. Put in the economy tune with the Cobb AP and I am now getting 26 daily driving and 36 highway at 70MPH. No modifications; yet.

The other day I paid $64 full tank, I know I do not get anything over 20mpg.
