wind noise
I was talking to someone with a 2010 EVO X. He said he loves the car. The only things he complained about is the gas mileage and wind noise when he uses the bluetooth for his phone. He says people he is talking to often can't hear him because of wind noise while driving down the hiway. What is your experience with this?
I mean, you're going to have some road noise. This isn't a BMW or Mercedes, but I think it is liveable. Why don't you quit posting and just go drive one. You can test it out and see if the road noise is too much for you to handle..
Mine has a noticeable amount of wind/road noise entering the cabin w/the window rolled up..
when I first got the car I thought it was pretty bad, but I've gotten used to it. And the built-in factory bluetooth has always worked great, even with the noise.

I would love to drive one, there are none in my area. I called mitsubishi and they gave me a list of dealers that are getting some. There won't be any near me until 8/16. Then I will go drive one if my car last until then.
Dunno about that.. with climate control off and windows up, I can hear wind hitting the front and sides, tire noise (louder on stock tires than my all-seasons), exhaust rumble at low RPMs, more engine sound at higher RPMs, turbo spool, occasional squeak from the recirc BOV, slight gear whine in 1st and random rattles throughout the interior. And all of these sounds have been there from the day I bought it new.
These cars make all kinds of interesting noises... just enjoy them
