First I would look for a mint evo9. If I cant find one, then I would get a s2000 and turbo it to hell.

 

I'd still have my 2008 Legacy GT and would have probably spent a lot more money trying to make it as good as my X.

 

I would have stick with my 2010 GTS or directly went to an VIII

 

Evo VIII or IX. If no evo's existed i'd have another 240.

Very interesting thread. About %25 of the replies are for big heavy dumb american muscle cars with solid rear axles that can't keep traction worth s@#$. Definitely not precision driving machines.

For me, if the Evo never existed:

STI

A lotus Elise/Exige

A HEAVILY modified BRZ (there's got to be a way to slap a turbo on!)

If I could find one in good condition a 3000GT. Those things were amazing.
