Things I exactly wanted to know.

How does the metal knobs feels during extreme weathers? Since I'm from east coast, I'm more interested to know about how inconveniently cold that it gets during winters?

Also are there any shift knobs which are heavy (~500 grams) but insensitive to extreme temperatures?

 

Mine gets pretty cold but nothing serious and warms up relatively quickly. I'm sure it's gona suck in the summer though but ill just put some sort of sock or cover over it. Which you can do for the winter too.

Flossy heavy weight knobs are about as heavy and claim to resist extreme temps...but I have no first hand experience. Apparently it's the way they coat it or something.
