New exhaust.. Tune?

I just got CNT RS Exhaust. I will be installing it this weekend. My question is.. Will I need to get the car tuned after installing the exhaust?

Is it just a catback? If so, then no, a retune is not required.

tune will get you much more power than a catback, since zero is not a number.
