Clutch pedal not fully bouncing back up

Clutch problem again..

2008 Evo X GSR here. I have Exedy Stage 1 clutch and ACT flywheel.. my CMC went out the window a year ago (Oct. 2011), trapping me in the middle of the freeway.

I replaced the CMC with SSP CMC V3. Everything worked perfect.

A few weeks ago, my clutch wouldn't return back up after fully engaging. It's not broken. Just stuck on the bottom. My car feels like it's about to stall. I can just use my toe and pull it up back. This happened about 7-8 times within the month. It feels like it's getting stuck at the engaging point. Sometimes when I move from dead stop, the pedal would feel like it's stuck there, then bounce back. Sometimes it's just stuck there. Most times it works fine... This is slowly getting worse...

Anyone know what could be wrong? I have to take it to a shop.. anything related to CMC fix is going to cost a few hundred I assume

thanks for any help

Contact SSP about it. Could be the seals or rings going bad in the CMC?

I think there was a huge thread about this... something like the internals of the CMC failing. As He^ said, I would contact SSP and see if they will help you. Otherwise, I know AMS came out with a solution as well.

It's a faulty part. I had a thread on this. My car did the same thing with an aftermarket CMC. Send it back to the manufacturer and thy should replace if its a known issue.
