Oil Filter 4g63=4b11?

My buddy that used to have a IX has a bunch of oil filters that he stocked up with when he had his IX. I'm just wondering if they would work with the X? I wouldn't see why not but I figured I would ask.

He just wants to get rid of them since he now has a new Golf R..doesn't really have a use for them. Gotta love FREE stuff.

Absolutely man! Might I add that his Golf R is an overpriced slow pos.

Oh he already knows how I feel about his car. I will admit that his interior in 20 times better than my X but last time I checked, I didn't buy my X for the interior.

Yea the VW's interior is actually really nice, but they are kind of slow.. I almost just traded my X in for a newer GTI to save gas and get nicer interior, but its just not worth it..
