Driver seatbelt rattle..

So ive already tried the method on here for the seat belt rattle/vibration.. Its gotten worse and I have no idea what it is, the sound is literally coming from the left side of my ear where you adjust the seat belt up and down. Any ideas? Thanks

I notice this too.. I just punch it everytime it starts rattling and it goes away

For a more permanent solution, I'd imagine you could probably take the piece off and add a thin layer of insulating foam so that it doesn't make plastic on plastic contact
