I'm having the same problem with mine. 08 GSR Pro tuned....Tuner added a fowler, service engine light still kept coming on. Then we changed the o2 sensor on the rear, light came back. Going back tomorrow to troubleshoot it again. Let me know when you finally figure out what's going on with yours so i know what to check next...
