I believe the dealer can alter it with the MUT-3 tool, but otherwise, you have to wait until it actually expires, and then reset it manually.

Can someone jack up their car and take a pic and circle all of the jack points for me. I only use the points with the groves in it.

I've always done the same, I just put a piece of wood in between the body and the jack and throw an old t-shirt over the wood.

The front cross member (just behind the tow hook) and the rear diff are what I use. There's a section of the FSM that goes over jack points and those two are on there.

Is the installation of the roll center kit an easy process? I met a guy that said he did it in the parking lot of the Discount Auto. I think I may be underestimating this job.

You should probably post this in the evo 1-9 section.

Have you cleared the codes?

Ah, a thread where I can get the questions I'm too scared to ask off my chest!

Whenever I first start to drive my car, while pulling away in first gear, right before I fully release the clutch I hear a loud 'clunk' near my front driver side wheel. Is that normal or should I go to the dealer for a quick check? 14 GSR with 5200 miles.

can I just literally take off the factory strut tower bar and bolt on a new front strut tower bar? Do I have to raise the front wheels off the ground to do it? or can I just pull it into my garage and go

You should definitely get that checked lol. I have a 14 GSR w/ 5k miles as well, and mine doesn't make that noise. I only hear a clunk towards the rear of my car if I shift to quickly while going WOT.

Actually, I might know what you're talking about. I get a noise as well, but it doesn't really sound like a "clunk" and I wouldn't even call it loud-it's just loud enough for me to hear it.

It sounds more like the car doors locking, that's the noise I get.

Do it with the wheels ON the ground otherwise your suspension will drop down when you unbolt the bar and you'll have to line everything up again to put it in. Don't jack the car up at all.
