Hey guys,

so fri-sat i installed my ETS open dump DP on my gsr and i took it for a test drive, i havent had an open dump before so i have a question.

Are you suppose to hear the dump open before your target boost? at about 4k at wot im at 14psi it sounds like an exhaust leak then it progressively gets louder . Is that normal?

 

Yup, that's normal for an internal wastegate turbo. I had one once in my younger years and was sick of it after about 2 weeks.

Would that change a bit with a tune? im just using the cobb stage 3
