Hey guy's just wondering if anyone could tell me about any tuners that are good and reliable that's close to the border near niagara falls? I live in ontario mississauga so i'm willing to make a drive 3-4 hours for a proper and good performance tune. In terms of what mods I have it's purely breathing bolt ons and gonna be using cobb ap.

I did some research so far and I saw that innovative tuning and STM are pretty close and I am leaning towards STM but I want to see what other options I have.

E-tune is a good option

 

I'd go with STM in Rochester, from I've been told they tune a lot of Evos

 

I was considering a e-tune from either AMS or Baka but I think I am gonna make the drive to buschur racing it's a 5 hour drive but I think it'll be worth it.

I was looking to see if there's a way of getting a transport over lake erie to cleveland with my car with a ferry but I havent found anything. Was just curious on the pricing.

 

Call up STM and see what they can do for you. Emery has tuned TONS of Evo X's and they make good power.He's personally tuned 2 of my X's now. Make sure you mention you want it tuned on the access port and make sure you use the fuel you can get in canada. Isn't the highest octane 91?

 

You can get 92 and 94 around these parts in SK... 91 is a pretty general premium octane anywhere haha.

 

We have 91 and 94 octane in ontario. Probably gonna get 94 tune.

then run the 94 and make sure you bring extra fuel with you just incase. If you haven't bought the accessport and want it tuned at STM I wouldn't bother getting the Cobb because emery can just use the ECUflash to tune it. I'd even be willing to let you either take a spin in my car or perhaps even let you drive it so you can see what the car will feel like.

No the tuners here don't have very much experience with the X.


I was gonna get the AP for a map for stock and 94 octane. In case I have to go to manufacturer and they don't realize i've tuned lol.
