What HFC should I get for best performance?

I'm a noob here and I recently just bought a Tomei catback exhaust for my 2011 Evo and now Im looking to buy a HFC and AMS widemouth down pipe. My question is, what is the best HFC to get for my Evo and will it fit the AMS down pipe?

Do you have a non-stock turbo?

Well if you want a HFC you'd want the lowest cell count. Most HFC like ETS, AMS, UR etc. use 200 cell. Mil.spec HFCs are the lowest ive seen with 100 cell. As long as you go with a 3in pipe most are made to fit stock set ups but its never 100%.

I thought they are 300s, as well as for Cobb...

200-cell is the typical aftermarket HFC for the Evo X.
