I use MOTHERS 05424 Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner, seems to work well. I also Scotchguard the suede/cloth surfaces after.

Alcantara?

Mild soap and warm water.

Discussed here once before:

Leather Master products, best cleaner and care products I've ever used. They are the only products I use when detailing interiors. Be sure to follow the instructions though.

Carpet and Upholstery cleaner

Leather brush

Adam's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner and a good quality leather brush. Thank me later, lol.

Use a good leather cleaning brush first (see link) then take your Carpet and Upholstery cleaner and spray on a microfiber cloth and wipe away.

Worked wonders on my newly aquired 07 Trailblazer SS. PO played baseball, and the seats were pretty abused. This stuff works on Alcantara like no other stuff I have ever used. Also works great on headliners if you just spray a microfiber cloth and blot and twist.

Don't forget to finish it up with Febreze to get rid of the lingering ***/farts smell...

The bottom line is, you can't use products that are harsh. Alcantara is one of the most difficult materials to deal with when it comes to detailing. If you mess it up, there's no going back.
