Are all your belts nice and tight? Does it sound like a loose belt?

this is what it sounds like, its not as loud because it was a little warm when i started the car, but around 13 seconds in the video you can hear it but its much louder on a cold start

Dude ... I can call you Dude, yes? ... if that kind of noise is going to cause you to worry, you are not going to enjoy owning this car.

It can't be the transfer case; the car wasn't moving.

You need to relax a bit.

ps. commas are important; when I wrote "can I call you Dude" I was asking if it was OK for me to refer to you as a dude; I was not asking for your phone number; that would be "can I call you, Dude"

lol no worries, i was worried so i rushed and didnt even think about it, but my buddy who fixes cars and use to work on NASCAR cars said that it sounds like my CAI is leaking pressure and is making that noise because the piping is harden because they are cold and once they warm up they expand and close, he told me just to take it back to the dealership and have them find it since my car is under warranty, so not that big of a deal just annoying as hell

There's at least one reason that your buddy used to work on NASCAR vehicles, rather than currently heads a NASCAR team. A cold-air intake is under vacuum, not pressure.

They also don't produce the kind of noise in your video. But a cold power-steering pump will, for example.

If you refuse to sell the car, maybe get a louder stereo and wire it to come on before you start the engine. That might work.

I do know and I should probably admit that I used to have the same sort of thoughts as the OP. Teasing is probably not the best way to get him or her to relax, but it's all I know. You just have to let go when you own these cars. DILYSI and all that sort of thing.

My car doesn't make this kind of noise, at least if it does, it isn't that loud. Is this something I get to look forward to as I put more miles on the car?
